Horse back adventures for every riding level!
Beginner level lessons - go through creeks, see bald eagles and river otters, and even take a dip on the horses in the lake itself! Learn to turn/stop/go/back up/go up and down hills.
Intermediate level lessons - do everything that's on the beginner's level - PLUS - some steep but short slides & climbs, ride some bluffs, and YES - we'll go a bit faster than a walk here-and-there!
Advanced level lesson - do everything previously mentioned - PLUS - some 1,000 foot steep bluff slides and climbs, go around a stream gorge or two... But this trail is not for the weak at heart!
We specialize in small groups of no more than 6 riders, ensuring that each rider will get the most out of their experience .

The Safety of our Staff and Clients is our #1 Priority! So just as we've always required helmets - we are currently requiring facemasks until COVID-19 is a memory. You only HAVE to wear them while everyone is in close quarters on the ground, getting mounted and dismounted. Once on the horse and going down the trail, you can remove them.
However, most of our clients are now enjoying taking TWO group photos. One with masks on (for fond COVID19 memories) and a second with masks off.
Hey, we might as well have a little fun with it - right?
280lbs for the 1 & 2 hour Beginner level rides
250lbs for the 3hour Intermediate level ride
200lbs for the 4-5 hour Advanced level ride
Riders must be a minimum of 5 years old to go on the trail rides
Riders 3-4 years old can be given leadline lessons in our corral
Yes, helmets are mandatory! You may bring your own - or use one of ours
We encourage our clients to take as many pics and videos as they want. We can assure you that your Guide rider will also be taking plenty of single and group pics if you wish while on the trail. We share these on our FaceBook page so that you can enjoy them!
Every saddle has two deep, big pockets for you to carry your bottled drinks, snacks and cell phones in. We encourage bringing refreshments on any ride that is 2 hours or longer.
Have no fear! We have a mounting platform to get on and off our tall horses! Our horses are all smoothly gaited - so there will be no bouncing at ALL! The perfect ride for those of us with knee, hip and back issues!
